Lily’s Bridal Outlet hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return or exchange under these guidelines:

Purchases will be refunded in the form of online store credit which will expire 3 months from refund date. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your online store credit.

Refund must be requested within 3 days of delivery date for online store credit. All orders ship with a tracking number for this purpose and will be used to determine the delivery date.

Gowns marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are Final Sale. Purchases using online store credit are Final Sale.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
Returns may take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.
